VENDOR REGISTRATION & FEE INFORMATION
A
vendor registering with the Multi-Regional Purchasing Program will
automatically receive notifications of bid availability on the commodity categories that they select, but
will not appear on our website as an Authorized Vendor until after they
have submitted a bid and have been awarded one of our contracts.
Please note that failure to submit a bid in response to a bid
notification
for a commodity category that you have selected will result in the removal of your
firm from that category's bid notification mailing list.
Bid
Notifications are mailed out on the Start Advertising Bid date for
each bid category selected. Please refer to the Bid Schedule for each
bid category at:

The Contractual Bid Forms
for each RFB must be completed and submitted prior to 2:00 pm CST/CDT on
the Bid Due/Opening Date. Our General Terms & Conditions must also be
reviewed prior to bidding. Both are available to print beginning on the Start
Bid Advertising Date through 2:00 pm

Please note that bids received late will be returned unopened.
Many of our bids are multiple-award Catalog
Discount Bids. Participating vendors list their published catalog/price list
titles, or the URLs if catalogs are online, and reference what discounts, if
any, from list price that they are offering our membership.
Several of our bids are single-award Line-Item
Bids. Participating vendors identify a bid price for each specific line-item,
and each line-item is awarded to a single vendor based on best value for our
membership.
We also offer our membership two multiple-award
Service Bids. Participating vendors identify pricing or hourly rates for the
various services that they offer and identify their standard service area, if
applicable, and any additional charges for travel to work locations outside of
that area that our membership may incur.
There is no charge to register to
receive bid notifications. Vendors will be liable for a $50
administrative fee for each bid category
that they participate in. There is no need to
submit the administrative fee when registering to receive bid
notifications. However, your bid submission will not be processed
without receipt of the administrative fee. Therefore, it is
advisable to submit the fee with your proposal in order to facilitate
the processing of a successful bid. Most bid categories represent
two-year contracts, thus the annual cost amounts to only $25. If
